Community Integrated Care SQEPtech

The Challenge

Prior to choosing the vILT+ connector with SQEPtech, Community Integrated Care (CIC) had high levels of No-Shows, constant streams of queries from colleagues who were confused and required help in accessing virtual classrooms. Whilst also having very little to show for the platform they were using.

The Plan

CIC decided to explore different options to improve their current process and after learning more about SQEPtech’s vILT+ Connector, it appealed to their needs. Especially as it allowed them to lean into the package they already had within their organisation – using Microsoft Teams as their platform for hosting virtual classrooms was a ‘no brainer’ as it’s more familiar to users and allows for better storage of recordings and resources.

The Benefits

One of the benefits with SQEPtech’s connector was that CIC could use the variety of features on offer without the hassle of needing to set this up themselves. This was due to having the team at SQEPtech on hand to support with the implementation and also give CIC all the tools they needed to test and ensure the connector was fit for purpose.

They have also found the regular releases that SQEPtech offers a huge benefit as they come with full documentation and explanations which make for really smooth testing, not to mention the flexibility of choice with the many options that come with the Connector. CIC also felt listened to since many of the enhancements to the connector, have come from direct feedback and questions that they have raised.
