The Challenge

When it came to learning and development, Cats Protection were looking for a platform that offered them flexibility, met the highest accessibility standard and a highly adaptable system that could grow with them and accommodate the needs of employees and volunteers

They had identified Cornerstone OnDemand as their preferred platform after a rigorous tender process. Cornerstone meant that all their training was accessible in one place, easily managed and massively reduced manual admin tasks. The Plan

SQEPtech works in an agile way and this meant our team could work with Cats Protection at their pace, but also could be realistic about timeframes. Throughout it all, SQEPtech were always on hand to offer advice. This resulted in Cats Protection maintaining the relationship with us so we could fully support them post-implementation.

The Results

In the first 4 months of the system being live, there were over 9,000 hours of learning completed by volunteers and employees at Cats Protection. There is still a great deal of development work to do to improve the system but it is saving us time and means that our people can find all of their learning opportunities in one place.
